These terms and conditions of sale are concluded, on the one hand, by the company l’Atelier de Travers, whose registered office is located at 2084 route de Travers, 38390 La-Balme-les-Grottes, hereinafter referred to as "l’Atelier de Travers", which operates the website latelierdetravers.com, and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website latelierdetravers.com, hereinafter referred to as the "buyer".
Article 1. Purpose
The purpose of these terms and conditions of sale is to define the contractual relationship between l’Atelier de Travers and the buyer, as well as the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website latelierdetravers.com. The purchase of a product through this website implies the buyer’s full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares, on the one hand, that the purchase of products on the website latelierdetravers.com is not directly related to their professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use, and on the other hand, that they have full legal capacity allowing them to commit under these general terms and conditions of sale. Article 4. Orders and payment terms

Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from delivery of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for exchange or refund, without penalty, except for return shipping costs.
Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which must be within the agreed geographical area. Orders are generally shipped by GEODIS, using the “On Demand” delivery service with tracking. Delivery times are provided for information purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be cancelled and the buyer refunded. The company l’Atelier de Travers may provide the buyer with the parcel tracking number by email. The buyer is delivered to the address provided when placing the order. Transport-related risks are borne by the buyer from the moment the items leave the premises of the company l’Atelier de Travers. The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging and contents in the presence of the delivery driver upon delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any claim must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Article 8. Warranty
All products supplied by the company l’Atelier de Travers benefit from the legal warranty provided for by Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the company l’Atelier de Travers, which will take it back, exchange it, or refund it.
