Delivery terms – On Demand delivery by GEODIS

Parcels are generally shipped the day after payment is received. For each order, we use GEODIS’s On Demand service, specifically designed to provide a simple, flexible, and convenient delivery experience.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a message allowing you to choose your delivery option: home delivery by appointment or pickup point delivery. You select the date that suits you, and you can even change your time slot if necessary. Throughout the transport process, you benefit from full tracking, with step-by-step notifications so you always know where your parcel is.

This service reduces missed deliveries, ensures secure handover under proper conditions, and guarantees the safety of your order, even for bulky or fragile items. You enjoy a flexible and transparent delivery experience, allowing you to receive your furniture with complete peace of mind.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and postage fees. Parcels are shipped at the recipient’s own risk; however, special care is taken with all items. Each piece of furniture is packed in a custom-made transport crate.
