Welcome to the workshop

A young workshop, founded in 2024 and dedicated to woodworking, born from a dual heritage: design, discovered during my applied arts studies, and woodcraft, passed down through a family of passionate enthusiasts.

After training as a cabinetmaker, I chose to bring these two approaches together — formal research and hands-on craftsmanship — by setting up my workshop in Northern Isère.

Located in a hamlet called Travers, the name L’Atelier de Travers is a subtle play on words, both rooted in the place and expressing a slightly offbeat perspective.

As a cabinetmaker, I design and craft objects in solid wood or veneered wood, guided by the purity of lines and the contrast of materials.
Here, there is nothing superfluous: only the accuracy of a form, the nuance of a tone, and the texture of wood beneath the hand.
